Luck Incorporated LLC

How the B2See ecosystem works

Luck Incorporated builds three products that only make sense together. A business creates every campaign in one place — the B2See console — and from there it runs down one of two paths: into Chance Infinite, our own free sweepstakes app, or out through Impressions to independent creators and their audiences. One thing links all of it: advertising is what pays the players' cash prizes.

How the B2See ecosystem works for each participant Businesses buy everything through one place, the B2See console. From there a campaign runs down one of two products. Chance Infinite carries ad slots and surveys to players, and half of that advertising revenue funds the players' cash prize pool. One door, not three

The thing most people get wrong on first look is that this is three separate businesses. It isn't. A business only ever deals with one of the three: the B2See console. It signs up once, funds one balance, and from there chooses what the money should do. It never creates an account with Chance Infinite, and it never creates one with Impressions.

What changes between the two options is whose attention you are buying. A Chance Infinite slot buys our own audience: players who opt in to watch your video because finishing it earns them a free entry into the cash draw. An Impressions campaign buys someone else's: independent creators take your brief, make something in their own voice, and post it to their own following. Same console, same balance, two very different kinds of reach.

The three products

B2See

for businesses · free Windows app

The advertiser console, and the only place a campaign is created. Commission a UGC campaign on Impressions — your brief, your budget, paid on the organic views creators' videos earn — or buy a video ad slot inside Chance Infinite for a flat $100 per contest with no auction, no cost-per-thousand bidding and no minimum spend, plus packs of completed player surveys. Everything is measured in the same console.

Chance Infinite

for players · iOS and Android, free

A free multiplayer sweepstakes app. Players earn free entries by watching ads, answering surveys, completing daily missions, playing ticket-stake arcade games and simply having the app open. Each contest runs about 30 days, then one winner is drawn at random — weighted by entries, using a verifiable commit-reveal scheme — and paid the full cash prize. No purchases exist anywhere in the app.

How the sweepstakes works →

Impressions

for creators

A two-sided UGC campaign exchange. Businesses publish a brief and a budget from B2See; creators browse those campaigns, make a video, post it to their own YouTube or TikTok channel and are paid from the budget on the organic views it earns, settled fourteen days after posting. Creators keep 80%, and any budget a campaign doesn't spend is refunded in full.

Why it is one economy

A sweepstakes needs prize money, and that money has to come from somewhere. Ours comes from exactly one place: half of every dollar of advertising revenue is locked into the players' cash prize pool at the start of each contest, with a guaranteed minimum of $100. Nothing else funds it, and players never contribute a cent — there are no purchases in the app and no purchase is ever necessary.

That single rule is what ties the diagram together. The advertiser is not donating to a prize fund; they are buying attention, and the prize is what makes that attention willing rather than stolen. A player watches an ad because finishing it earns a real entry into a real draw. The advertiser gets someone who chose to watch. Nobody is tricked, and nobody pays but the advertiser.

Impressions extends the same idea past the edge of our own app. Instead of putting a business in front of our audience, it puts the business's brief in front of creators who already have one — and pays them on views that actually happened, organically, rather than on a fee negotiated in advance.

The company

Luck Incorporated LLC — trading as Luck Incorporated, also Luck Inc — was founded on 17 August 2024 and operates in the United States under South Dakota law. Products are available to United States residents aged 18 and over.

B2See, Chance Infinite and Impressions are sibling brands of one company, not subsidiaries. There is no separate legal entity behind any of them, no holding structure and no outside operator: the same company builds, runs, funds and supports all three, including the apps, the advertiser console, the payment rails and the draw itself.

Revenue comes from advertisers. On the creator side the company keeps a 20% settlement fee on what a video earns and a flat $2 processing fee in any month a creator withdraws. Players are never charged for anything.

Questions people ask

Who is Luck Incorporated?

Luck Incorporated LLC is a United States software company founded on 17 August 2024. It builds and operates three products in house: B2See, the advertiser console; Chance Infinite, a free sweepstakes app for players; and Impressions, a UGC campaign exchange for creators. They are sibling brands of one company, not subsidiaries — there is no separate legal entity behind any of them.

How does a business buy advertising from Luck Incorporated?

Through the B2See console, which is the only place a campaign is created. From one login and one balance a business can buy a video ad slot or a survey pack that runs inside Chance Infinite, or create a UGC campaign that creators fulfil through Impressions. A business never signs up for Chance Infinite or Impressions separately.

Where does the cash prize money come from?

From advertising, and only from advertising. Half of all advertising revenue is locked into the players' cash prize pool at the start of every contest, with a guaranteed minimum of $100 per contest. Players never pay anything — there are no purchases anywhere in Chance Infinite, and no purchase is ever necessary to enter or win.

How do Chance Infinite and Impressions fit together?

They are two different audiences. A Chance Infinite ad slot puts your video in front of Luck Incorporated's own players, who choose to watch it in exchange for a free contest entry. An Impressions campaign sends your brief out to independent creators, who make a video and post it to their own YouTube or TikTok following. One rents our audience; the other rents theirs.

How does Luck Incorporated make money?

From advertisers. Businesses pay for ad slots, survey packs and UGC campaign budgets. On the creator side the company keeps a 20% settlement fee on what a creator's video earns, and charges a flat $2 processing fee in any month a creator withdraws. Players are never charged anything.
